Finding Products

At the top of each page is a search box. You can type any key word or product name and the search should come up with all related products. E.g. If you want a magnesium product, typing magnesium will bring up all products containing magnesium. Alternatively if you are looking for jeans for a six year old type “jeans 6” and it will bring up all jeans available in a size 6.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us, via e-mail gilmourspharmacy@clear.net.nz or 06 877 8222. Our website will continually develop and we will load more products but this takes time! We will do our best to fulfil any orders.

Prescriptions

For prescriptions or repeat prescriptions please email us on rx.gilmours@gmail.com

Cosmetics

We have loaded links to our supplier’s websites for foundation colours so that you can check colours. Please choose carefully – once the seal is broken on a cosmetic it is non-returnable.

Free Gift Wrapping

You can have your purchase gift wrapped and delivered to the recipient direct with a message card. Either select gift wrapping as a product or add a note on the checkout page and we will do our famous job of beautifully gift wrapping your parcel complete with bow. How easy is that!

Shipping

For all orders over $75 shipping is FREE* (Rural Delivery see below)

Shipping is undertaken by NZ Couriers. Our delivery times are 3 to 5 working days – if your package has not turned up after 5 working days then please contact us via e-mail gilmourspharmacy@clear.net.nz or 06 877 8222.

Shipping rates start at $7 for Hawkes Bay area, $8 Wellington and Central North Island, $9 for Auckland and $12 for South Island areas. Rural Delivery has a $5 surcharge – please pick carefully which rate is applicable. Shipping is non-refundable – should you want to exchange or return a product then you will need to pay the carrier fee unless there is a fault in the product.

Changed your mind? 

Should you have completed your transaction and made a mistake in ordering quantity or changed your mind please phone us as soon as possible. We can adjust orders and the payment amount before shipping. Cancelled orders may incur a $5 fee if the order has been fully processed and ready to be shipped (usually 2 to 3 hours after ordering on a normal business day).
